Refund and Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with DealSale. We want you to be completely satisfied with your headwear purchase. If you are not, you may return eligible items within 30 days for a refund or store credit, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with all tags and original packaging intact.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The following are not eligible for return:
- Items marked “Final Sale” or on clearance.
- Any product that has been used, altered, or damaged.
- Any item not in its original condition.
How to Start a Return
- Contact Us First: Email Eapau_ou@163.com with your order number and reason for return within the return window.
- Receive Instructions: We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and a return shipping address. Please do not ship returns without an RA number.
- Ship Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include the RA number inside the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for defective or incorrectly shipped items only.
- To request an exchange, contact Eapau_ou@163.com with your order details and photos of the issue.
Return Shipping & Address
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Returns must be sent to the authorized address provided with your RA number. Please do not send returns directly to our company office address.
Final Sale Items
- Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days at Eapau_ou@163.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a prepaid return label and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
