  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation.
  • Order Verification: For security purposes, some transactions may undergo verification, which could extend processing by up to 1 business day. We will notify you if this applies to your order.
  • Order Modifications: Please contact us immediately if you need to modify or cancel your order. Changes can only be accommodated before your order enters the packing and fulfillment stage.

2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship worldwide. Available shipping options and destinations will be displayed at checkout based on your location.

3. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 10–20 business days after shipment. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination.
  • Expedited Shipping: Available at an additional cost for most destinations. Delivery within 7–15 business days after shipment.
  • Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier logistics, customs processing, and destination.

4. International Orders & Customs
Customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and will be payable upon delivery or pickup, as determined by your local customs authority. 5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s delivery status.

6. Delivery & Responsibility

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or insufficient addresses provided at checkout.
  • Once the package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not liable for loss or theft.
  • If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, any reshipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

  • Lost Packages: If tracking shows no movement for an extended period (over 20 business days for standard shipping), please contact us.
  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photos of the damaged product and its packaging for us to assist you.
