Thank you for shopping with DealSale. We want you to be completely satisfied with your headwear purchase. If you are not, you may return eligible items within 30 days for a refund or store credit, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with all tags and original packaging intact.
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The following are not eligible for return:
    • Items marked “Final Sale” or on clearance.
    • Any product that has been used, altered, or damaged.
    • Any item not in its original condition.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us First: Email Eapau_ou@163.com with your order number and reason for return within the return window.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and a return shipping address. Please do not ship returns without an RA number.
  3. Ship Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include the RA number inside the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for defective or incorrectly shipped items only.
  • To request an exchange, contact Eapau_ou@163.com with your order details and photos of the issue.

Return Shipping & Address

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Returns must be sent to the authorized address provided with your RA number. Please do not send returns directly to our company office address.

Final Sale Items

  • Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days at Eapau_ou@163.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a prepaid return label and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
